    Life’s Review
The pieces of my past and present seemed to fall into place like a puzzle after reading Rhonda Byrne’s The Secret and researching the effects of the Law of Attraction as viewed thru Quantum Physics. I see how the dreams and thoughts during my childhood have resulted in who and where I am today.
I have written poetry since I was very young, and I have always loved coastal environments, though I did not live in one as a child. As a child, I dreamed of being a writer living in a beautiful small coastal town. I now live in a beautiful small coastal town and recently published a book of my poems. A dream fulfilled with gratitude due to the incremental choices, challenges, and risks I have taken throughout my adult life.
I didn’t like to play with dolls as a child; I preferred my dog. All my kids have been the 4 legged kind. I am on the board at our local shelter nonprofit to help with pets in my community and surrounding area. The joy felt when volunteering at a Spay/Neuter clinic for low-income residents is a treasure in itself. My passion for dogs has inspired me to community activism for their benefit and a huge fulfillment within myself.
I loved to play office and thrived on puzzle books as a child. Due to choices and risks I have taken regarding employment, I have been incredibly blessed as a female high school graduate. I have had employment throughout my life that made me feel like that little girl again playing office. The level of joy and gratitude I have expressed regarding my work inspired some coworkers and has confused others more than once. Through my choices and resulting gratitude, I have been rewarded with a lifetime of blessed employment and future retirement.
In review of my life I see when I followed my passions with gratitude and optimism, I was rewarded with outcomes that inspire further gratitude. When I allowed negativity, self-doubt and pessimism to influence my actions or choices, the outcomes responded accordingly. It is not exact nor perfect but seems very apparent when reviewing my life.
Lastly and most importantly, using the THINK before I speak process makes me be in the moment with full consciousness. It has eliminated an abundance of unnecessary, unhelpful negativity in how I interact within my world. I am the best version of myself now because I understand and am using my positivity for myself and the greater good of all.
